CHRONIC PAIN RESEARCH / OPPORTUNITY

I am furthering my work and research in the treatment of chronic pain. In an effort to gather data and perfect certain evidence-based approaches I would like to offer the opportunity to participate in an 8 week informal trial. To participate in this trial, you must

• have experienced pain for over 8 months daily or nearly daily

• must be experiencing symptoms of lower back pain or fibromyalgia

• Reside in Tennessee or Minnesota where I am licensed to practice.

• Be willing to participate in all group meetings via HIPAA compliant telehealth platform.

• Be willing to provide honest feedback as to the effectiveness of the interventions.

• Have a stable internet connection for meetings

What you will receive for your participation:

• As I am not being paid for this study I cannot offer monetary renumeration

• What I can offer is the opportunity to get your life back, sleep better, and feel good again.

• You will receive training in the best and latest research-based interventions using non-pharmaceutical interventions.

• Likely, the only side-effects to this group will be improved sleep and better quality of life.

• If you are currently on pain meds, you may feel free to continue them as prescribed by your doctor during the trial. No changes are necessary or needed.

NOTE: All HIPAA regulations will be strictly observed for this group. 8 participants will be selected, based on severity and length of symptoms.
